I was invited to speak to the students and parents at Midwood academy's fashion show! Before the show began, I had the opportunity to speak with the models about confidence on the runway... I'm pretty sure I met a few future Miss Americas! During the show I talked about the importance of literacy and how I'm working to make a positive change in the lives of our students. The students wished me the best of Luck at the Miss New York and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of roses! I've attached some pictures bellow, and even a video of part of my speech! I hope you enjoy it! Remember, pirates don't eat potato chips!
